For nearly four decades, I've helped public agencies and civic organizations across the Pacific Northwest build things that last — roads and transit projects, leadership teams, and the trust that holds a community's work together. I came up as a civil engineer, but the work I care most about happens between people.
GCF is the way I do that work now: as an owner’s representative who ensures exceptional project delivery, a coach and trainer who helps leaders grow into their calling, and a facilitator who turns stakeholders into partners. Grounded, authentic, inspiring, and co-creating all along the way.
